Shipping

• Where we ship: U.S. only (for now).

• Rates: $6.50 flat. Free on orders $70+ (after discounts, before tax).

• Processing time: Orders ship in 3- 5 business days.

• Transit time: Typically 3-7 business days depending on carrier and destination.

• Tracking: E-mailed when your order ships.

• Notes: During holidays or launches, processing may take a bit longer- but we’ll do our best to move fast.

Returns & Refunds

• Window: 30 days from delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Exclusions: Custom items and Last Chance items are final sale.

• How returns work:

  1. Email oddanimalco@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is customer-paid (unless we made an error).

  3. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

• Damaged/defective: Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Privacy

• What we collect: Order info you provide (name, email, address), and basic analytics/cookies to understand site traffic.

• How we use it: To process orders, communicate with you, and improve the site.

• Sharing: We never sell your personal data. We share only with trusted providers needed to run the store (e.g., payment, shipping, analytics).

• Payments: Processed securely by our payment partners. We don’t store your full card details.

• Your choices: You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. For data questions, contact oddanimalco@gmail.com.

Terms of Service

• Using this site means you agree to these terms and our policies.

• Products & pricing: May change without notice. We may limit/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud).

• Intellectual property: All designs, graphics, and content are owned by Odd Animal Aesthetic. Personal use only; no reproduction without permission.

• Limitation of liability: We provide the site “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
